Patrick Van Leynseele is a member of the Brussels (1979) and New York (1997) bars. He is a partner at DALDEWOLF. He is a member of the Corporate and Finance team. He co-heads the Arbitration, Complex Litigation and Mediation team. He is a member of the Italy Desk and the US Desk.

Patrick has developed a real expertise in corporate and commercial law and is one of the most sought after commercial mediators in Belgium. He assists Belgian and especially foreign clients in various transactions, both as a negotiator and as a litigator. He is regularly appointed as arbitrator in international disputes. His experience as a problem solver has naturally led him to the field of ADR, and more particularly to mediation, the development of which he has pioneered in Belgium. Patrick has notably intervened in the Parliament during the discussion of the bill on mediation. Member of various Belgian and international ADR centres, his mediation practice focuses on commercial disputes and shareholder conflicts.
