Patrick is a Partner in the Corporate team in Dubai. He advises clients on a broad range of corporate transactions and has significant experience in M&A, private equity, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations. He has particular experience of advising on complex transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
Patrick advises institutional investors, corporates and management teams across a wide range of different industry sectors including hotels & leisure, technology and pharmaceuticals.
Prior to joining Hadef & Partners, Patrick worked in the corporate departments of DLA Piper in London and Dentons in Dubai. He holds a LLB (Law) degree from the University of Manchester, completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Chester and has been admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales since 2005.
