Abdulrahman is a senior litigator and Head of our Dispute Resolution practice. He is licensed to appear before local and federal courts, namely, the Dubai Court of First Instance, Court of Appeals and Court of Cassation, and the UAE Federal Court of First Instance and Court of Appeal.
He acts for a range of local and international corporations as well as UAE government entities with a specialist focus on arbitration and all types of commercial and rental disputes before courts and tribunals.
Clients know Abdulrahman for his commercial acumen and sensitive, yet rigorous approach to dispute resolution. Before joining Hadef & Partners, Abdulrahman was an officer of the Immigration Department of the UAE Ministry of Interior. He is a graduate of Dubai Police College.
