Career
Patricia works at DTA’s office in São Paulo advising clients in criminal litigation (pre-trial investigations and criminal proceedings before the Courts) either as a defense lawyer or as an assistant to the prosecution. She also has experience in advising clients with criminal matters in non-litigation issues.
She has experience in complex investigations involving money laundering, bid-rigging, embezzlement, tax frauds and environmental crimes, as well as other array of crimes that demand broad criminal experience background.
Before joining in 2019, Patrícia worked as an assistant to the prosecutor at the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the State of Rio Grande do Sul and at the Federal Public Prosecutor’s Office.

Personal
Patricia has a post graduate degree in White Collar Crime from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and in Criminal and Procedural Law from Instituto de Desenvolvimento Cultural (IDC). She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUC-RS).
She is fluent in English and Spanish.
