Paolo Bertacco

Paolo has been working for over twenty years as an administrative lawyer and, together with Jacopo Recla, founded the firm. He is the head of the Urban Planning and Construction departments.

Paolo advises private companies and groups, national and international real estate companies and investors as well as public entities and companies.

He has an in-depth knowledge of the real estate market and is the main contact person for the key institutions and companies in the sector when it comes to identifying the most suitable strategies for urban planning and building projects, and the related approval procedures.

He has developed extensive cross-disciplinary expertise in various issues concerning the real estate development and public procurement markets, which he has strengthened by working with leading administrative law boutiques and major international firms.

In addition to his competence and professionalism, Paolo is particularly appreciated for his negotiating skills and his ability to pragmatically identify the most effective solutions to achieve his clients’ objectives.

He is the author of several publications and a regular contributor to real estate journals.
