Our clients are leading national and international investors and asset managers operating in the Italian real estate market.

To best handle the specific challenges of each transaction, we identify the right mix of human resources, bringing together the best team of professionals and working seamlessly with the client’s team.

Our in-depth knowledge of the industry allows us to understand the commercial drivers underlying each real estate transaction, having provided assistance for conservative investments (core / core plus) and investments with a higher risk profile (value added / opportunistic).

We assist our clients on all asset class transactions (office, retail, high street retail, logistics, residential, leisure) and all types of real estate transactions: from development to acquisition/disposition (including through real estate funds or investment companies with fixed capital (SICAF)), to redevelopment and ordinary management of properties.

Our strong focus on transaction management leads us to deal on a daily basis with the client’s consultants and tax advisors, to ensure the appropriate contractual management of each risk profile.

Career

Francesca has been working in the real estate sector for over 15 years, collaborating with the real estate departments of major international firms in Milan, also as head of the real estate department.

Francesca joined the Bertacco Recla & Partners as a partner in 2020 and is the Head of the Real Estate Transactions department.

Her expertise covers a wide range of sophisticated transactions (development, acquisitions, divestments, contributions to funds and investment companies with fixed capital (SICAF), involving all real estate asset classes (commercial, high-street retail, offices, logistics, residential and hotels).
