Jacopo founded the firm with Paolo Bertacco and is the Head of the Public Procurement department.
He advises private companies on participating in public calls for tenders regarding works, services and supply contracts, providing both out-of-court advice and assistance in numerous disputes before all Regional Administrative Courts (TAR) and the National Administrative Appellate Court.
