Paola Casorzo is a partner at Munita & Olavarría with over twenty years of experience in labour law. Her extensive expertise in recent years has focused on advising national and international companies on employment contracts, terminations, internal HR policies, labour relations, stock options, due diligence, worker relocation and transfers, obtaining visas and work permits for foreign personnel, and investigations into workplace and sexual harassment complaints.

In 2017, Paola served as a legal advisor on the Labour Commission of the Government of former President Sebastián Piñera.

She has been recognised multiple times in the international rankings of Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500.
