Career
Cristián has over 20 years of experience in the Labour and Employment field. He is a Founding Partner at Munita & Olavarria- Ius Laboris Chile and specialises in complex labour litigation, collective bargaining processes and contractual matters. He provides expert legal assistance in labour matters, social security, and compensation and benefits plans. Cristián also works as a Professor of postgraduate studies for employment law at Universidad de los Andes, Chile. He has been recognized previously in “Chambers & Partners”, “The Legal 500”, “Best Lawyers”, and “LACCA”.
