José Tomás Honour

A graduate in law from Pontificia Universidad Católica, José Tomás has extensive experience in labour law advisory and litigation. He specializes in labour disputes, including unfair dismissals, wage claims, protection of fundamental rights, anti-union and unfair practices, claims before the Labour Inspectorate, and cases involving the removal of legal protections. He holds both a diploma and a master’s degree in Corporate Labour Law from Universidad de Los Andes. Additionally, he has served as a postgraduate lecturer at the same university.
