Pablo Tejerizo is a Partner in the Tax team in Spain. Graduated in law in 2004, Pablo has a proved and solid experience advising in all tax matters affecting his clients.

In particular, he has broad experience advising in M&A transactions, Fund structuring projects, Corporate Tax returns’ reviews, as well as on Net Wealth Tax Planning projects.

Pablo also has a consolidated and successful experience working with clients in tax proceedings such as tax audits and tax litigation, both at administrative and judiciary levels.

As regards sectors, he has in-depth credentials in various sectors such as the energy, industrial, infrastructure, real estate and private equity sectors, as well as in the football industry.
