Career

Orly Gerbi is the head and a founding member of the firm's Labour and Employment department. Both Orly and the department are recognized as leaders by clients and guides. Orly lectures at various international and local academic institutions, seminars and important professional forums. Furthermore, Orly is the Head of the firm's Diversity Committee.

Areas of advice include: providing advice regarding all aspects of employment relations, advising individuals and collective, advising on international transactions, M&As, organizational changes, privatizations, employees relocation, immigration laws, pension plans and social security as well as drafting and negotiation agreements and representing clients in litigation proceedings in all courts.
