Omer Büyüktosun

Practice Areas

Ömer Büyüktosun has been working with financial technology companies, technology companies and e-commerce companies since 2019 and provides consultancy on the compliance of these companies with legislation, execution of license and operating permit processes & resolution of legal disputes to which they are parties.

Providing consultancy services in areas such as protection of personal data, money laundering, e-commerce law and contract law, Ömer also takes part in the processes of domestic and foreign companies within the scope of corporate law, as well as investment and merger/acquisition processes.

Ömer, who works intensively with payment and electronic money institutions, completed Istanbul Bilgi University's Master of Laws Program with his thesis titled "Regulation of Payment Institutions in Turkish Law" and his work was published in the National Thesis Center of the Council of Higher Education.

He graduated from Özyeğin University Faculty of Law and completed his master's degree at Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law.
