Career
Gokhan has been practicing law since 2006 and in 2024, B+B Law Firm, of which he was a founding partner, was reorganized with the addition of a new partner, renamed BBO Legal and expanded its team. Throughout his career, he has specialized in commercial litigation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and since 2011, he has worked extensively with financial institutions, especially fintechs. He provides services to a large number of global and local financial institutions and is also the chief legal advisor of the Association of Payment and E-Money Institutions, of which licensed payment and e-money institutions in Turkey must be a member.
Professional Memberships
Gökhan is a founding member of the board of trustees of the Turkish Entrepreneurship Foundation and the founding president of the Electronic Commerce and Internet Law Association. He has served as a board member of the Community Volunteers Foundation for various periods and is affiliated with the Istanbul Bar Association.
