Olivier has first-hand experience in corporate tax, particularly with clients in the real estate sector. He regularly advises a wide range of French and international clients including investment funds, corporates, institutional investors such as insurance companies, REITs wealth or sovereign funds, assets managers, property developers, and wealthy individuals within the frameworks of their transactions and investments (structuring, tax forecasts, day-to-day, negotiations, tax reviews, tax audits).

In recent years, Olivier has been involved in major real estate transactions valued in excess of Euro 1 billion. In his capacity as tax advisor to the French REIT Federation (Fédération des Sociétés Immobilières et Foncières), he has designed and negotiated with the French tax authorities the SIIC regime in 2003 which has been held as a model in Europe.
