Christine has first-hand experience in corporate tax and fund structuring, particularly with clients in the real estate sector. She advises a wide range of French and international clients, including investment funds, corporates, institutional investors such as insurance companies, REITs, SWFs, asset managers, property developers, and wealthy individuals in relation to their transactions and investments (structuring, tax forecasts, day-to-day, negotiations, tax reviews, tax audits).

Indeed, in her capacity as tax advisor to the French REIT federation (Fédération des Sociétés Immobilières et Foncières), she has designed and negotiated with the French tax authorities the SIIC regime in 2003 which has been held as a model in Europe.

In recent years, Christine has been involved in major real estate transactions valued in excess of Euro 1 billion.
