Olivier advises companies and private equity funds in the context of acquisition of stakes in listed or non-listed companies as well as in the monitoring of their investments. He has extensive experience in de-listing transactions (Public to Private).

In addition, Olivier advises French and foreign industrial companies, and particularly listed companies, on their acquisition, takeover, mergers or securities issuance transactions on capital markets.
