Oliver Schröder is a transaction lawyer with many years of M&A experience. His specializations include domestic and international acquisitions, joint ventures, mergers and public takeovers. He advises both strategic investors as well as private equity clients. Recent notable transactions include the acquisition of Ritter group by US client Avantor, the disposal of Amorelie by Pro7Sat1, the sale of a large German real estate portfolio by ISARIA to the Deutsche Wohnen group, the sale of Opel/Vauxhall by General Motors to PSA as well as the acquisition of RIMOWA by LVMH.
Career
Oliver joined Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz as partner in 2020. Previously, he worked at Cleary Gottlieb (partner 2007-2019; associate 2004-2006) and was an associate at Haarmann Hemmelrath (1999-2004).
