Jochem Reichert

Jochem Reichert practices in the areas of corporate law and M&A. His practice covers both transactions and disputes. Among his clients, which often have been with him for many years, are major listed companies as well as leading family-owned businesses and entrepreneur families. He is well known for boardroom advice and has particular expertise in corporate governance, compliance (including internal investigations) and directors' liability. He has advised on numerous national and international headline transactions. He represents clients in disputes out-of-court, in arbitration, and in state court proceedings and is highly valued as an arbitrator.

Jochem joined Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz in 1984 and has been partner since 1989. In 2009, he has been appointed honorary professor at Friedrich-Schiller-University in Jena.

Co-author of the Munich Commentary on the AG and of the Munich Commentary on the GmbH; co-editor of the Handbook on Shareholder Meetings; co-editor of the Handbook on International Corporate Law including Cross-Border Mergers; numerous publications regarding the SE; numerous further publications regarding corporate law, M&A, compliance, corporate governance and arbitration.
