He advises companies of all sizes on sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, fundraisings (debt and equity), shareholder matters, share schemes, and commercial contracts, especially those related to technology and intellectual property.
Duncan’s clients are from a broad range of backgrounds. However, he has a particular interest in the software, high tech manufacturing and biotech / biomedtech sectors and in international transactions.
