Career

Oliver has been with Bird & Bird since the opening of its first German office in Düsseldorf in 2002. He has more than 20 years of experience in patent litigation on both sides of the "v".

He specialises in the organisation and conduct of international patent infringement litigation. He handles patent cases before all German courts as well as before the European Patent Office and has led several of the largest patent cases in Germany, particularly in the pharmaceutical and telecommunications sectors.
