Oliver was called to the Bar in 2007 and undertook pupillage under Richard Chapman KC in 2011. He was appointed head of the 18 St John Street Chambers' Business and Property Department in 2023.
Oliver is an experienced and well regarded practitioner with a broad Business and Property practise. He has a wealth of experience in all matters relating to commercial law, chancery, contracts, company, insolvency, directors’ duties, insurance, professional negligence, banking, partnership, landlord and tenant, real property, sale of goods, social housing, trusts and succession and probate.
