Olena Perepelynska is a Partner and Head of Arbitration at INTEGRITES law firm in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Over 20 years of her arbitration carrier she has participated in 200+ arbitrations related to CEE or Central Asia regions as an arbitrator, counsel, legal expert and performed administrative functions in various arbitral institutions.
As an arbitrator: Olena Perepelynska has acted in 100+ commercial and investment treaty arbitrations seated in Almaty, Bishkek, Kyiv, London, Minsk, Paris, Quebec, Stockholm and Vienna under the Rules of ICC, LCIA, VIAC, SCC, ICAC at UCCI, IAC at BelCCI, IAC at CCI KR, Atameken as well as UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. The applicable law in these cases included CISG as well as Austrian, Belarusian, Czech, English, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Quebec, Ukrainian and Uzbek law.
As a counsel: she has acted in 100+ international arbitrations under various rules, including ICC, LCIA, SCC, DIS, ICAC and MAC at UCCI, GAFTA, FOSFA, LMAA, UNCITRAL and Swiss Rules.
As a legal expert: Olena has served as an expert on Ukrainian law in investment treaty arbitration and foreign litigation proceedings.
Panels: she is included in the rosters of arbitrators of various arbitration institutions in Austria, Belarus, China, Czech Republic, Georgia, Hong Kong, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lithuania, Malaysia, Poland, Romania, UAE, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and Vietnam.
