Dmytro Marchukov has extensive experience in representing corporate, private and sovereign clients in close to every kind of dispute resolution, including but not limited to:

Dmytro Marchukov has a proven track record as an arbitrator and Ukrainian law expert in civil and criminal proceedings in the US, UK, British Virgin Islands, Monaco, Cyprus and Switzerland, as well as in arbitration proceedings under the ICSID rules.
