Dispute Resolution practice at IMPACTA LAW is represented by the following departments – International Arbitration, Cross-Border Litigation, Domestic Litigation and White-Collar Crime. We represented clients in more than 100 commercial and investment arbitration proceedings under the rules of the major international arbitration centers.

The Cross-Border Litigation team at IMPACTA LAW acts for international and Ukrainian clients in multi-jurisdictional disputes spanning across most of the countries where Ukrainian businesses have presence. We act as a lead counsel, co-counsel on Ukrainian issues or Ukrainian law experts.

We also represent clients before Ukrainian courts and state authorities in disputes originating from corporate, employment, tax, antitrust, banking and finance, IP issues.
