Olav Perland

Olav Fr Perland works primarily with dispute resolution and advising in company and contract law. He has particular experience with liability cases, including directors’ liability, professional liability and liability for misrepresentation. He is also the author of several articles within his areas of practice.

Law degree, University of Oslo, 1995, PhD, University of Bergen, 2009, Lawyer at Thommessen Krefting Greve Lund AS, 1996-99, Deputy Judge at Oslo City Court in 1997, Doctoral scholar, Institute for accounting, auditing and law, BI Norwegian School of Management, 2003-07, joined Wiersholm in 1999 and became partner in 2008.
