Helene Bogen

Helene's main practice areas are climate and environmental law, human rights, compliance, and national security. She holds a Master's Degree from France, Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas, where she was affiliated with a research project concerning international rules on corporate social responsibility (CSR) of large multinational corporations. Helene has particular expertise in climate and environmental law, as well as BHR, and assists companies with matters related to BHR, pollution law, nature conservation, circular economy, as well as issues related to the EU's new sustainability regulations, such as CSRD, CSDDD, and the EU's deforestation regulation.
