Ofer Freilich

Ofer Freilich, a Partner in Meitar’s Real Estate Department, advises international and Israeli companies on a wide range of complex real estate transactions, with particular expertise in data center projects. Ofer regularly leads acquisition, development, financing, and project‑support transactions for global corporations operating in Israel, with deep expertise in regulatory matters, commercial agreements, and the management of large‑scale processes.

Ofer has significant experience advising leading Israeli real estate companies in both their ongoing activities and new strategic initiatives. He has special expertise in urban renewal, and represents leading developers in dozens of large‑scale projects. In this capacity, he has gained comprehensive experience across all stages of major residential projects — from land acquisition or entering into renewal agreements, through planning and construction phases, and up to occupancy and registration of rights.

In addition, Ofer represents real estate investment funds in complex investment transactions across a broad range of related sectors, including logistics projects. He brings extensive knowledge and a strong commercial approach to transactions involving partnership agreements, joint venture agreements, financing agreements, contractor agreements, and purchase agreements.

Ofer also has experience advising on mergers and acquisitions of real estate‑related companies, and representing clients in the acquisition of various projects within the urban‑renewal sector.
