Ofer regularly leads acquisition, development, financing, and project‑support transactions for global corporations operating in Israel, with deep expertise in regulatory matters, commercial agreements, and the management of large‑scale processes.
Ofer has significant experience advising leading Israeli real estate companies in both their ongoing activities and new strategic initiatives. He has special expertise in urban renewal, and represents leading developers in dozens of large‑scale projects.
