Obrien Bvindi LLB (Hons) (UZ), F I Arb (Botswana), F A Arb (Southern Africa) - is a Partner in the Litigation and Employment Law Department. Obrien has extensive experience in Employment Law. Litigation, Dispute Resolution, Insolvency law and Arbitration.

He has an LLB (Hons) from the University of Zimbabwe. He is admitted as an attorney of the High Court and other courts of the Republic of Botswana and is a member of the Law Society of Botswana. He is also admitted as an attorney of the High Court and other courts of the Republic of Zimbabwe. He is an Arbitrator and a Fellow of the Botswana Institute of Arbitrator as well as an International Fellow of the Association of Arbitrators (Southern Africa).
