• Drafting and negotiating Facility agreements, structuring security; drafting security documents and registering security for Time Projects Botswana BWP 60 Million project finance Facility

• Legal Advisor to Prime Time Botswana for the establishment of BWP 500 Million Medium-term Note Programme and Debt Issue of Notes

• Drafting and Negotiation of Coal Supply Agreement for the Morupule B Power Station expansion project (Units 5 & 6)

• Drafting and negotiating Owner Engineer Contract for the Refurbishment of the Morupule “A” power station.

• Advising and assisting Chinese power company on the acquisition of the Botswana Power Corporation (including related project and off take agreements).

• Drafting and negotiation of Joint Venture for commercialization of the Botswana Power Corporation fibre cable backbone (including drafting and negotiation of IRUA and structuring the SPV )
