Akheel Jinabhai LL.B (UB) is the Managing Partner at Akheel Jinabhai & Associates in association with Mckee Commercial Law. He is qualified as an Attorney in Botswana.

Akheel focuses his practice on real estate matters (including acquisitions and sales, closings, real estate development, leasing, landlord/ tenant, financing, and loan foreclosures) and general corporate transactions (including corporate formations, corporate operations and governance, contract drafting,

and mergers and acquisitions). Akheel specialises in property transactions and represents the majority of the

large banks and property developers in Botswana. His conveyancing team has been at the forefront of the most recent major property transactions in the country.

Akheel is regularly sought out by major clients for property law advice and implementing innovative property transactions, including sectional title schemes and large scale residential and commercial developments. In

addition, he has extensive general legal experience and has a firm overview of, and a number of clients within, the entrepreneurial business sector in Botswana.
