Representative matters and cases
Commercial Litigation and Arbitration:
●Represented various foreign investment companies and funds in resolving disputes arising out of their mergers, acquisitions, investments and joint ventures in China.
Liquidation, Bankruptcy and Restructuring:
●Acted as one of the bankruptcy administrator for the insolvent liquidation of CEFC China and its affiliates, the prepackaged bankruptcy of ZK Engineering (the first prepackaged bankruptcy case in Shanghai), the restructuring of Bestway Marine & Energy (an A-share listed company), the restructuring of DSIC Offshore, and the restructuring of Shanghai Yuehe Real Estate, the total debts at issue of which are several hundred billion RMB.
Construction and Real Estate:
●Represented the owners of major construction projects, including Shanghai World Financial Center Project, in various matters including: bidding; construction engineering and design; contract negotiation and drafting; and construction project management, completion and acceptance.
