Nopporn Charoenkitraj

Nopporn is a tax partner at the Baker McKenzie Bangkok office. With 23 years of experience in tax practice, he is experienced in a wide variety of transactional and advisory work, including M&A, corporate and shareholding restructuring, fundraising and capital markets, international tax and cross-border investments and transactions, digital and technology transactions, EPC contractual matters, and wealth management. He also provides comprehensive legal advice on civil and commercial law, assists with tax restructuring, and represents clients in tax audits, appeals, and litigation.

Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Nopporn practiced tax law with another law firm in Bangkok for seven years. Additionally, he is a regular lecturer on the subject of taxation law at Thammasat University and Chulalongkorn University.
