Nigel is a partner based in our London office. Nigel advises clients on fund launches, secondary money raisings and reconstructions. Nigel focuses on investment fund establishment work. Acting for asset managers, the funds they manage and the investment banks and brokers active in money raising in the funds sector, he has been involved in numerous London and Euronext listed public fund launches, secondary capital raisings, takeovers, proxy battles, capital reorganisations and reconstructions. He also undertakes private fund formation work. Nigel has extensive experience of a wide variety of fund structures for a wide range of asset classes, including real estate, infrastructure, private equity, hedge and other investment strategies. His practice also includes regulatory and other advisory work for asset managers, the funds under their management and their boards of directors and institutional investors.
