Nidhi is a partner in the Venture Capital practice at the firm. Nidhi concentrates primarily on growth equity investments ranging from advising investors and high-growth companies through complex fundraising, strategic investments and governance matters.

Nidhi has been ranked in the first ever “List of Top 50 Private Capital Lawyers in India” released by RSGI in 2025 and has also been recognised as a “Notable Practitioner” by IFLR for the last 2 consecutive years. The Firm is the current winner of VCCircle's law firm of the year and is ranked Tier 1 for its Venture Capital practice by Chambers & Partners.

Nidhi has advised clients across the full-spectrum of corporate matters - including private financings of all stages, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate governance matters. Nidhi is also a Charter member of the TiE, New Delhi chapter and is committed to mentoring, supporting and otherwise contributing to emerging entrepreneurs and startups in the region.

She is an independent director on the boards of leading Indian companies and regularly speaks at conferences and contributes to various publications on matters related to private equity and venture capital funding in India.
