Aakash Choubey is a senior partner at Khaitan & Co and is a partner of the firm's Private Equity practice. He advises leading global and domestic funds, corporates and founders across the investment lifecycle, with a particular focus on complex, high-value transactions.

Aakash is also a member of Khaitan & Co’s management and plays a key role in shaping the firm’s strategic direction. He spearheads the firm’s Digital & Innovation initiatives, and is actively involved in driving its Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) agenda.

A committed advocate for mental health in the legal profession, Aakash serves as Khaitan & Co’s Mental Health Ambassador, helping to foster a culture of openness and support within the firm.
