Nicole Naglie

Nicole's practice focuses on complex employment disputes, with particular experience representing both employees and management in high-stakes workplace matters, including executive onboarding and termination disputes, restrictive covenant and fiduciary duty enforcement, wrongful dismissal claims, human rights claims, and workplace investigations. She has significant experience seeking and defending injunctions involving departing employees in breach of confidentiality obligations and restrictive covenants, and has successfully recovered stolen funds and confidential information from departed employees. Nicole has appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Federal Court, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and has represented clients in private mediations and arbitrations. Nicole serves on the executive of the Ontario Bar Association's Labour and Employment Law section.
