Nick focuses on providing corporate, commercial and governance advice to many of BLG’s key clients. He acts as trusted advisor to boards and senior management teams of for-profit, not-for-profit and charitable organizations, with a particular emphasis on the health sector.

Nick has a proven track record of successfully guiding transformational transactions such as amalgamations, asset transfers, integrations, collaborations, partnerships and joint ventures. He routinely assists in the structuring and implementation of novel legal and tax compliant structures that enable collaborative governance, revenue generation activities, and other innovative service delivery activities.

His clients include hospitals, long term care facilities and other health services providers, universities, not-for profit housing providers, municipalities, trade and professional associations, clubs and foundations.

Within BLG, Nick serves as Regional Manager of the Corporate Commercial Group in Toronto.
