Nick Macaluso

Nicholas is an associate in the Global Equity Services group in Baker McKenzie's San Francisco office. His practice focuses on the areas of international equity plans and employee benefits.

He advises clients on the design and implementation of their international equity compensation plan as well as employee equity considerations in connection with corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions and spin-offs.
