Nicholas is admitted in Mainland China. Prior to joining Llinks Law Offices in 2006, he was employed by a prestigious law firm specializing in foreign-related legal affairs for three years. Nicholas understands domestic (including SOEs) and foreign clients’ needs well and is experienced in transactions in various industries, including real estate. Nicholas was named as one of 2022 ALB China Top 15 TMT Lawyers by Asian Legal Business.
