Raymond graduated and earned his LLB and LLM degrees from Law School of Zhejiang University. He ever worked for a leading international law firm in Shanghai and Hong Kong for more than 10 years before joining Llinks in July 2018.

Raymond acted for financial institutions, foreign invested real estate developers, M&A funds, private equity funds/venture capital funds in various matters such as financing, investment and assets management, having extensive experience in property finance, ship finance, cross-border leverage finance, privatization finance, derivatives, assets-backed securitization, NPL disposal, private equity and insurance.
