Dispute Resolution: Arbitration - Singapore

Band 1

Nicholas Lingard represents both states and MNCs in commercial and investor-state arbitrations. Clients appreciate his "very practical and solutions-oriented approach to dispute resolution." Reflecting on his success in BIT cases, one market source comments: "His knowledge is vast and supreme; he is always thinking through how to process quite complex investor treaty points, which are untested points, and he does it in a very light touch way - his reputation is fully justified."
