Harry is a partner based in our Singapore office. Harry has over 15 years' experience advising clients on business-critical Information Technology, Intellectual Property and general commercial issues. He has a particular interest in the technology, digital infrastructure, financial services, life sciences and healthcare sectors, and is co-head of the firm’s Asia (ex-China) pharmaceuticals sector. Harry also has extensive experience advising clients on the IP/IT/data aspects of corporate transactions, as well as business separations. Harry graduated with degrees in law (hons) and science (genetics major) from the University of Melbourne. He is a qualified lawyer in England & Wales and Australia (Victoria), and a registered foreign lawyer in Singapore.
