Career

Nick is a Partner in the Corporate Commercial team and is Head of the Corporate & Commercial team. He is based primarily at the firms’ Sevenoaks office. He joined Thackray Williams in January 2021, having spent a significant proportion of his early career with a leading law firm in Kent.

His experience and expertise encompasses all combination of corporate and commercial matters, but particularly those relating to M&A (buying and selling companies), MBOs, private equity, demergers, share buybacks, share for share exchanges, shareholders agreements, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, articles of associations, corporate advisory and employee share incentive schemes.

Nick is known for his ‘pragmatic and efficient approach’ when delivering legal advice. ‘Getting the job done’ with the ‘minimum level of fuss’, and always working in partnership with his clients and their professional advisors, to achieve their primary and subsequent key objectives.
