Caroline is a Partner and Head of Family, Bromley office. She also supports the London City office. She has a varied caseload but with a particular focus on High Net Worth finances often with an international element, tax issues, complex pension trust structures, investment property portfolios and family companies.
In her role, Caroline deals with all types of Family Law cases, ranging from divorce or separation, where all matters are agreed, through to complex litigation over financial or children-related matters. She deals with maintenance claims and enforcement order applications.
Caroline is part of the firm’s private wealth offering and advises on high net worth pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
