Practice Areas

Nicholas has participated in various national and global operations with the UK Government, international intelligence agencies and law enforcement organisations. He has first-hand experience of cases in the ICC, UK High Courts, Arbitration courts of London and Stockholm, as well as submissions to Interpol, the French National Financial Prosecutor's Office, OFAC as well as others. He is currently instructed by the world largest litigation funders to create enforcement strategies prior to investment. Previous instructions have resulted in a number of public addresses including delegates of the International Bar Association conferences in Tokyo and Washington DC on the challenges facing institutional investigation. Nicholas is a full member of the Association of British Investigators which is recognised by The Law Society of England and Wales and recognised as a ‘Ranked Individual’ with Chambers and Partners. Nick is also licensed by the Bar Standards Board.
