Neville specialises in international trade, commodities and shipping. He acts for a wide range of clients involved in the trading and shipping of different types of commodities (including food and feedstuffs, vegetable oils, biofuels, sugar, metals / ores / concentrates, coal and crude oil / petroleum products).
Neville’s work encompasses advice on both drafting of contracts and on disputes. Neville is regularly involved in arbitrations before a variety of trade associations and international bodies (such as GAFTA, FOSFA, RSA / SAL, LCIA, ICC and LMAA). He also frequently handles litigation in the High Court.
Neville has been at Mills & Co. since 2010. Prior to that, he worked as in-house legal counsel at Trafigura, having previously worked at Reed Smith. His entire career, since qualification in 2003, has been in the international trade, commodities and shipping sector.
