Guy Mills qualified as a solicitor in 1991. He and his father Geoffrey established Mills & Co in 1993 and the firm has now grown to become one of the leading specialist shipping law firms in the UK.

Guy's particular focus these days is on multi-jurisdictional casualty matters. He has extensive experience of large containership dangerous cargo cases, tonnage limitation, General Average recoveries and complex charterparty disputes.

Work Highlights
