Neeraj Budhwani

Neeraj Budhwani is a partner of Milbank (Hong Kong) LLP and a member of the firm’s Global Corporate/M&A Group. He also serves as co-head of the firm’s Private Equity practice. With over two decades of experience, Mr. Budhwani focuses his practice on cross-border private equity and M&A transactions, and has extensive experience advising on leveraged buy-outs, acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures as well as public to private transactions and general securities related work. He regularly advises many of the world’s leading international private equity firms, alternative investment funds and other financial and strategic investors in connection with their activities throughout the Asian region.
