Partner Neeraj Budhwani is a member of Milbank’s Global Corporate Group based in Hong Kong. With over two decades of experience, Neeraj focuses his practice on cross-border private equity and M&A transactions, and has extensive experience advising on leveraged buy-outs, acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures as well as public to private transactions and general securities related work, including fundraisings. He regularly advises many of the world’s leading international private equity firms, alternative investment funds and other financial and strategic investors in connection with their activities throughout the Asian region.
